This FAQ is particularly for the party in our Durham location.
Do we need to pay a deposit when booking a party?
Yes. You need to pay a non-refundable deposit when you booking your party. You need to pay the rest on your party day.
What comes with the parties?
All parties come with party pizzas, water bottle/juice box for each child, a pair of grip socks for the kids, a party host to help with decorating/serving and we can also provide tablecloths, napkins, utensils and plates.
What activities do they get to do?
That depends on the party package they decide on. For BASIC parties, only the play area is included. For SILVER packages, play area, 1 bumper car ride per child and some money for the arcade ($10 for BC, $5 for guests). For the GOLD party packages it includes, the play area, 1 bumper car ride per child, 1 go kart ride per child and some money for the arcade ($15 for the BC, $10 for guests).
How many pizzas come with the party?
For SINGLE room parties, 2 large pizzas. For DOUBLE room parties, 4 large pizzas. And TRIPLE parties get 6 large pizzas. Their choice of either cheese or pepperoni. All cut into 8 slices, but can be double cut if needed.
Are the adults charged?
NO! Adults are not charged unless they would like to go into the play area and the party family has run out of the adult passes they get for free at the start of the party.
How long is the party?
Each party is a total of 2hrs. You get one hour of play time for the first hour, and one hour in the party room which will be in the second hour. Once the party room is over you typically have about 30 minutes to an hour to come back out and play. Once time runs out on the card, you would have to pay normal pricing to reenter the play area.
When can I decorate?
We give all parties 15-20 minutes before their party room time, which is the second hour of the party, to go in and decorate. You will have a party host to help with anything you may need!
What decorations are provided?
We do not provide any decorations for the party. We can provide basic tableware decorations such as tablecloths, napkins, plates and utensils. Our tablecloths are the only thing we can change the color on, but they are solid colors, no patterns or characters. Plates, napkins and utensils are the basic white from the store. More than welcome to bring in your own though!
What decorations are allowed?
The only decorations we say no to are the ones that leave too much mess on the floor. Such as loose glitter, loose confetti, piñatas, silly string, etc. We also allow decorations on the wall as long as it can be hung with scotch tape. No command hooks, strips or anything too adhesive on the walls.
Can I bring Balloons, Confetti or a Pinata?
Balloons are allowed. Loose glitter, loose confetti, pinatas or any other decorations that could leave a mess on the floor ARE NOT! Any party that has these types of decorations are required to pay a non negotiable $50 cleaning fee.
Are guests allowed to bring in outside cake, food or drinks?
NO. The only exception to this rule is for guests that have a scheduled birthday party with a private party room and have paid the outside food fee! They may bring CAKE or CUPCAKES ONLY.
Do you have Food?
YES, We have a full service of Food and Beverages only in our Durham location. It is open Friday-Sunday. No outside food is allowed to be brought in at all for those days. Monday-Thursday you are allowed to bring in your own food as the kitchen is closed. To see our menu and what we offer, please click here!
Are we allowed to bring other food in?
We do not allow outside food unless it is birthday cake or cupcakes without an outside food fee. For a SINGLE room, $50 flat rate. For a DOUBLE room, $100 flat rate. For a TRIPLE room, $150 flat rate. If your child or one of your guests has an allergy and won’t be able to eat the pizza, their family is allowed to bring a small meal for them at no charge! Just to make sure every child is included! Only bottled water from outside is allow
Is it possible to get extra room time?
It is possible if there is no other party going into that party room after you, you can get more room time for $100 per hour. We only sell the room times like this. No 30 minutes more for $50. Just $100 per hour. Definitely need to get managers permission on this before we agree to anything.
Do I have to do the extra stuff during that first hour of play?
No! We always recommend to parents to have the kiddos playing in the Adventure Zone for the whole first hour, then do the extra activities after the party room time! That way the group can do it together and it extends the party a little bit.
Do we clean up?
Yes and no. We take care of all the major cleaning such as wiping tables down, cleaning the floor and taking our trash. We will give you a 15 minute warning that time in the room is almost up. At that point we just ask that you guys pick up the decorations you want to keep, load the presents back onto the cart and just start throwing away all the trash! Any excessive mess left you will be charged for a cleaning fee, so we just ask not to make too much of a mess.
What ages are allowed for Adventure Zone?
ges 1-14 are allowed to go into the play area and are considered a guest attending the party. They will get a stamp and a card to show it.
Ages 15-17 unfortunately are too old to play and too young to be considered an adult. They won’t be allowed in.
Ages 18 and older are considered adults who are allowed with an adult sticker to go into the play area.
Are socks included?
Like said in previous questions, only kids get the grip socks included with the party. Adults who are looking to go into the play area and are barefoot must purchase a pair of socks for $3 a pair.
Do I have to buy Socks for the Adventure zone?
NO. Guests are ALLOWED to use their OWN SOCKS, but SOCKS ARE REQUIRED in the Adventure Zone. Kids require grip non-slip socks and Adults need regular socks.
How do we sign a WAIVER?
A parent or legal guardian age 18 years or older must sign a WAIVER for EVERY child that is under the age of 18 years. This process can be done online by any electronic device or it can be done once you come into our park at our WAIVER STATION.
Who needs WAIVERS?
All Participants and Non-participants must have a waiver to enter the park.
What type of SHOES are required for the park?
CLOSED TOE shoes are required on ALL attractions EXCEPT Adventure Zone which requires socks. Kids require grip non-slip socks and Adults need regular socks.
