A parent or legal guardian age 18 years or older must sign a WAIVER for EVERY child that is under the age of 18 years. This process can be done online by any electronic device or it can be done once you come into our park at our WAIVER STATION.

All Participants and Non-participants must have a waiver to enter the park.

CLOSED TOE shoes are required on ALL attractions EXCEPT Adventure Zone which requires socks. Kids require grip non-slip socks and Adults need regular socks.

NO. Guests are ALLOWED to use their OWN SOCKS, but SOCKS ARE REQUIRED in the Adventure Zone. Kids require grip non-slip socks and Adults need regular socks.

Due to insurance, safety and liability, we can’t be held responsible or liable for your child if you leave the building; therefore, we ask that any child under the age of 18 years of age have a parent or adult chaperone with them at all times.

Yes. We offer lockers for your valuable belongings. It starts with $4 for 3 hours.

YES! We do offer group rates. The minimum number of participants is 15 and it must be booked 72 hours ahead of your arrival with a deposit and paid under one bill.

Yes. You need to pay a non-refundable deposit when you booking your party. You need to pay the rest on your party day.

You can decorate your private party room 15 MIN BEFORE YOUR ROOM TIME. The room time is the second hour of the 2 hour party window you receive.

Balloons are allowed. Loose glitter, loose confetti, pinatas or any other decorations that could leave a mess on the floor ARE NOT! Any party that has these types of decorations are required to pay a non negotiable $50 cleaning fee.

YES, We have a full service of Food and Beverages only in our Durham location. It is open Friday-Sunday. No outside food is allowed to be brought in at all for those days. Monday-Thursday you are allowed to bring in your own food as the kitchen is closed. To see our menu and what we offer, please click here!

NO. The only exception to this rule is for guests that have a scheduled birthday party with a private party room and have paid the outside food fee! They may bring CAKE or CUPCAKES ONLY.
